Let’s Join Hands and Rebuild Hope

Ang JAS (Jose Abad Santos), Davao Occidental ay isa sa mga lugar na matinding tinamaan ng 7.8-magnitude earthquake noong June 8, 2026.

Maraming buhay ang nawala, maraming pangkabuhayan ang nasira, at maraming tahanan ang natabunan ng lupa dahil sa landslides.

Hindi pa man sila nakakabangon sa trauma na kanilang naranasan, hinagupit naman sila ng Bagyong Inday.

Sa ngayon, 102 families ang pansamantalang naninirahan sa evacuation site, at nakakalungkot na 79 families ang tuluyang nawalan ng tahanan.

Sa gitna ng lahat ng ito, nais nating iparamdam sa kanila na hindi sila nag-iisa.

Sa bawat proyekto, isa sa pinakamalaking hamon ay kung paano maihahatid ang tulong sa mga komunidad na nais nating maabot.

Maaaring sabihin ng iba na binabayaran naman ang mga Habal-habal driver, ngunit hindi matatawaran ang kanilang sakripisyo at katapangan.

Sa gitna ng mapanganib at maputik na daan, hindi lang ang kargang tulong ang kanilang iniingatan kundi pati ang kanilang sariling kaligtasan.

Sa bawat biyahe, buhay ang diwa ng bayanihan - tulong-tulong, may ngiti sa kabila ng hirap, hanggang ligtas na makarating ang pag-asa.

Maraming salamat sa inyong kabayanihan.🙌
