With Care — Episode 3: Rediscovering Yourself | Featuring Taryn Casey

For Taryn Casey, cooking wasn’t just a career. It was a huge part of who she was.
Then motherhood came knocking — and life changed.

With a young family, a busy chef husband whose career was growing increasingly demanding, and her own life in the kitchen taking a back seat, Taryn found herself navigating a completely new season.

Finding time for herself wasn’t easy. But little by little — and one step at a time — running became a way to reconnect with herself.

That journey eventually led her to create — a community giving other moms the space to move, connect, and rediscover themselves too.

Episode 3 of With Care, presented by Smart Serve Cares × The Food Runners.
This is Taryn’s story.
