OSSTF/FEESO is calling for the government to increase funding for students with Special Education Needs.

Following the Auditor General of Ontario’s 2026 performance audit on special education, OSSTF/FEESO is once again sounding the alarm that student needs are growing, but the Ford government continues to shortchange schools on the staffing, resources, and supports students require to succeed.

All week weve been hearing of devastating cuts to our schools. This is because the government is underfunding TDSB in real dollars.

The government could fund the staff and programs our schools need at anytime. Call Doug Ford at 416-325-1941 to let him know you want more funding for support staff and programs at your school. A sample email has also been developed here:
