You're invited to Declare His Glory Among the Nations—a special mid-day celebration of what God is doing through Africa Inland Mission Canada.

Over a delicious catered lunch, we'll gather at The Bridge – Church for All Nations to celebrate God's faithfulness and reflect on the words of Psalm 96:3: "Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous deeds among all peoples."

Every school needs people working behind the scenes to keep things moving—and at RVA, that behind-the-scenes work is part of the ministry.

Administration support can help the school function well through areas such as admissions, personnel, travel, the main office, and other campus services.

By helping carry the administrative load, you give teachers, dorm parents, and other staff more capacity to focus on students.
Your administrative skills can support the mission.

Use your experience to serve the RVA community and help create an environment where students can learn, grow, and be discipled.

Another parent shared how important it was for their child to have a community where she could thrive:

“She was surviving there [in the village], but not thriving there… But she thrived at RVA, and they walked her through the process of getting ready for university in ways we never could have done.”
— Carrie, Missionary Parent

Teaching at RVA feels like an investment in the future of missions. With a disproportionately large percentage of RVA grads returning to missions or full-time Christian ministry after college, participating in guiding these MKs through their teen years is an honor and a privilege.”

For missionary kids, the dorm isn't just where they sleep. It's home.
As an RVA Dorm Parent, you'll help create a loving, safe, and nurturing environment where students can grow socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

You'll share meals, conversations, celebrations, hard days, and ordinary moments. You'll lead dorm devotions, mentor students, communicate with parents, and become part of their everyday lives.
And by loving and caring for these students, you're also supporting the missionary parents who are serving around the world.

Create a home away from home. Love students well. Support missionary families.

RVA is currently looking for dorm parents for the high school girls' and boys' dorms.

Rift Valley Academy intentionally seeks to give students a global perspective and prepare them to serve a world that needs Jesus.

“I love learning alongside RVA students. Their passion for the unreached, their vision for the world, their dreams and aspirations, all challenge me to look within and beyond wherever I may live to see where Christ is working and to join Him as He builds His kingdom.”
— Mary Howell Hafner, RVA staff member

For more than a century, RVA has been part of that work—educating students, supporting missionary families, and helping prepare the next generation to participate in God's mission around the world.

And that is what makes Rift Valley Academy more than a school.

It is a ministry that helps families serve, invests in students, and ultimately seeks to see Christ proclaimed among the nations.
