Primary focus is to provide financial assistance for the CXC (Caribbean Examinations Council) exams. Currently assistance is provided to students in the Berbice region. Students must submit an application along with their current grades and the number of subjects they wishes

to take. Payments are made directly to a financial institution. Fund Raising Activities

To date
2006 - Uniforms and backpacks supplied to 64 children in the Berbice region.
2007 - Clothes, toys and books provided to needy families in Berbice. Reading is essential program and computer program launched with the assistance of the Toronto Board of Education. Children’s and Seniors’ Christmas Parties held on alternate years in conjunction with the Lions Club in Berbice. Over 110 students have been provided assistance to pay for over 300 subjects. Other assistance that has requested: books, supplies, lessons etc. Future Plans
Expand the scope of the organisation to assist students from all across Guyana. Give back to Canada, food drive to benefit the Daily Bread Food Bank at one of the annual functions.
