Team Unbreakable

Team UNBREAKABLE is a non-profit organization focused on supporting youth mental health.

We offer programs that promote physical activity and mindful self-management strategies, while stressing the critical link between physical and mental health. The Unbreakable Run Program is improving youth mental health through raising awareness and through health promotion (getting / keeping kids healthy) when delivered in schools, community organizations, and youth groups; and, through therapy when delivered in a clinical setting.

💕 for everyone

The participants at this year’s Fun & Fearless 5K showed our photo booth a lot of love (and a lot of heart hands 💙), which is really everything we could hope for.

Thank you again to everyone who came out and helped make the day so special. We’ll be sharing more photos from the Fun & Fearless 5K soon, and they’ll also be available on our Flickr — so stay tuned!

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who showed up to support this year’s Fun & Fearless 5K.

From opening remarks and race day energy, to once again bringing the energy to the event, the day was shaped by so many people who continue to show up for Team Unbreakable year after year.

Thank you as well to for joining us again this year and continuing to support our community.

With Executive Director Rob Bracey as MC, board members both supporting the event and joining participants on the course, and longtime supporters helping the day run smoothly behind the scenes, we are so thankful for everyone who played a part in making the event possible.
