Introducing our 2021-2022 Exec 🇮🇹

Stefania Mariani, 3L

Position: Co-President

Favourite Part of CIAO: I love how CIAO incorporates various aspects of the Italian culture through each and every event. My favourite part of my Italian heritage is coming together with my family and friends to make homemade dishes. We were able to incorporate that in last year’s first (of many) virtual cooking classes, where we made authentic Italian tiramisu.

Fun Fact: Last time you saw me in person, I was probably blonde.

Nicola Locantore, 2L

Position: Co-Vice President

Favourite Part of CIAO: The balance between hard work and meaningful, light-hearted fun exemplified by each of its members. Although I am a foodie, I am definitely not a cook. During our virtual tiramisu cooking class, I may or may not have made my mom make the tiramisu.
