What are some of the everyday signs that might indicate a man is struggling? 🔍

🥘 Changes in Appetite: Significant changes in eating habits, such as sudden weight loss or gain, frequent overeating, or loss of appetite, can be indicators of mental health issues like depression or eating disorders.

💤 Sleep Disturbances: Insomnia, difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, oversleeping, or experi

encing restless sleep patterns can be signs of various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder.

😞 Social Withdrawal: Avoiding social interactions, isolating oneself, and withdrawing from activities or relationships that were once enjoyable may be a sign of depression, social anxiety, or other mental health concerns.

😤 Irritability or Mood Swings: Frequent irritability, unexplained anger, or sudden and extreme mood shifts that interfere with daily functioning could indicate underlying mental health issues such as bipolar disorder or depression.

🧠 Difficulty Concentrating: Struggling to focus, being easily distracted, or experiencing decreased productivity can be symptoms of various mental health conditions, including anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), or depression.
