Dear Colleagues,
I am delighted to extend to you and your guests an invitation to the 2025 Annual Consular Ball to be held on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, at the Chelsea Hotel at 33 Gerrard Street West, Toronto.

This special annual event is a wonderful opportunity for our consulates to invite guests and business associates and staff to share this memorable evening. Book either a full table for eight persons or join your colleagues at their pre-reserved tables.

Full details are in the accompanying invitation, and include:
 The cost is $130 per person for Consular Corps members, spouses and partners.
 The cost for other guests is $145 per person.
 Chances to win fabulous door prizes.
 Please forward your payment and the accompanying registration form no later than
October 10th, 2025.

 Both payment and registration form are required. Completed registration forms and payment should be sent by e-mail to [email protected]. Please include your name in the e-transfer message. If payment by INTERAC transfer is not possible, then please mail your application and payment by cheque, payable to CCAT, to the Ball’s Chair:

Please combine payment for yourselves and your guests in one payment and indicate the balance on your Registration Form.

Cancellations will be accepted ONLY up to October 10th, 2025. Unfortunately, any cancellation after that date will be fully charged.

Please register as early as possible as seating is limited.

The program for the evening includes a cocktail reception and open bar throughout the evening, with a gourmet meal with wine. An international floor show and the ever-popular Jazz Band will entertain us throughout the evening.

The annual Consular Corps Association holiday lunch was held yesterday at the National Club in the presence of the Hon. Edith Dumont, Lt. Governor of Ontario. The CCAT Board of directors was on hand to greet Her Honour, and all were treated to an exceptional lunch with wines provided by the Australian Consulate.
