Ray didn’t just build a company — he helped shape how music is created, marketed, and shared. A pioneer of digital music production, Founder of IMSTA, and President of XCHANGE Market Corp., he has connected music creators across continents through one of the industry’s leading global marketplaces.

His contributions have earned him both a Technical EMMY and a Technical GRAMMY, and his influence extends into education as a contract professor of Music History at York University, with affiliations including IMSTA and AES.
