We are beyond happy to announce that Tillsonburg's U9 LL1 Tornadoes Hockey Team raked enough leaves to cover their participation in the Dorchester Jake Marczenko Memorial Tournament (in November of this year) and the Lefroy Year End Tournament (Feb 28 - Mar 2 2025) ... and there is more to come!

Great effort team and hopefully all that leaf raking added a bit of speed to your slap shots ...

We are really happy to announce that Tillsonburg Lightning U11 Girls Hockey Team raised enough money to pay for their participation in the Georgina Golden Hawks LAKE SIMCOE WINTER CLASSIC in February of 2025.

HOORAY! We've tallied the numbers and we are SO PROUD to announce that the Tillyburg Leaf Rakers raked in a total of 3,735 BAGS this year! Way to go, everyone!!!
Thank you SO much to our wonderful customers- particularly those of you who keep hiring us back year after year! We appreciate your support and we get so much satisfaction from taking care of your leaf raking! The kids learn the rewards of hard work & they have a good time working alongside their parents & teammates. On top of that- they are learning to give back to their community while creating opportunities for more kids to participate in sports & extracurricular activities. Win-Win-Win!

GREAT JOB to our four (hockey) teams of rakers this week- they raked in 938 bags of leaves! Well done everyone!
We only have ONE scheduled day or raking left this upcoming Saturday and we will do our VERY best to get through all of our remaining customers! Thank you, as always to our amazing community who has been so supportive of our cause. We've been able to rake in thousands of dollars in cash to support kids programs so that EVERYONE can participate in growing & learning & having fun through sport and other extracurricular activities!

Thank you SO MUCH to Gold Sponsor, Brandon Knack from GTK Spray & Wash (pictured here with his lovely wife & son along with a group of our hard-working leaf rakers)! Brandon heard about Tillyburg Leaf Rakers and made a generous donation to support citizens of the local community who are struggling financially and in need of yard work. With his donation, we were able to help out several people who have supported Tillyburg Leaf Rakers over the years, but were unable to afford our leaf raking services in 2024 due to financial stresses. We took care of their yards for them ... and all thanks to Brandon and GTK Spray & Wash!

A HUGE shout out to Echo Canada and Tillsonburg's own Blue West Equipment for supporting Tillyburg Leaf Rakers. Echo Canada donated two PB-2520 LEAF BLOWERS, while Blue West Equipment added another LEAF BLOWER and FUEL! As soon as Wayne Vansevenant from Blue West Equipment and Echo Canada heard about what we were doing, they really wanted to help. And help us they did!!! We couldn't support kids working hard to raise funds for their youth groups & programs without businesses like Echo Canada and Blue West Equipment. Thanks so much!

It's safe to say- the U11 Girl's Lightning hockey team is having the MOST fun out there this morning raking leaves! Their energy and spirit is awesome! And our customers are getting a kick out of watching them work from the comfort of their homes!
We are so thankful that the rain has gone away today and it's not too chilly for our rakers. This is the fourth week of our five week fundraiser. We have officially closed the books for taking new customers this year. But you can certainly contact us to have your name put on our customer list for next Fall! Next week we will finish yards up and call it a season!

WOW! Those teams who were out raking on our 3rd Saturday raked in a record breaking 1105 BAGS! Despite there being less teams out raking than other weeks they managed to bring in the most bags this year on a single Saturday! Way to go everyone! Fantastic effort!
We will be out in the community for TWO more Saturdays to finish off our client list for 2024. So far the weather has been in our favor and daylight savings has made those early morning starts a lot lighter and brighter! Thanks to everyone for your support!
