What a beautiful and meaningful gathering.
Our first annual Bereaved Mother’s Day Brunch was filled with smiles, laughter, shared stories, warm hugs, heartfelt songs, comforting food—and yes, some tears too. We feel deeply grateful to all the moms who joined us and trusted us with the stories of their precious children. It was truly an honour to recognize and celebrate each of you.
A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful volunteers—Margaret, Marlis, Matt, Dawne, Nic, Luc, and Melissa—for helping make the day so special. We’re also so grateful to the All My Relations Drum group for their moving songs, to Carolyn Karle for her thoughtful words, to Cafe Ora for the delicious meal, and to Bloomers and the Brownhouse for the lovely carnations gifted to each mom.
We hope every mom feels surrounded by love today and always. Please remember—you are, and forever will be, the perfect mother for your child. 🩷
