Oh hey! 👋

We here at Ignite felt a huge need to say a really big Thank You to you, our supporters, from the bottom of our hearts. 🫶

When we first started, we didn’t have everything figured out. We weren’t exactly sure what our niche would be or what this organization would grow into. But we knew one thing for certain: we wanted to help. 🩷

Over time, through conversations, community, and the incredible support we’ve received, our mission has become clearer:

✨️We're here to help women and girls further their education through funds we raise.

✨️We're here to listen to and uplift the voices of women in our community.

✨️We're here to encourage compassion, connection, and opportunity.

Because when women are supported, communities grow stronger. 🌳

If you know Heidi, you know her to be passionate, lively, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She brings energy, organization, and creativity to every project and event. If something needs to be imagined, designed, or brought to life, we can count on her to bring her expertise. Her resourcefulness and imagination never cease to amaze us, and her many talents help our nonprofit thrive. 🌿

Beyond her dedication to Ignite, Heidi is a devoted mother to her wonderful, thriving daughter and a supportive wife to her hardworking husband. She also works full-time locally at Rowland Farms, balancing it all with grace, compassion, and determination. 🙌

It's been a minute!

We thought we would jump back into the social media world with an introduction to our newest Board Chair member:

✨️Levy Tkaczyk✨️

Many of you know or recognize this amazing woman! Her kindness, faith, and quiet strength have touched so many lives in our community.

She's a devoted wife and loving mother who balances a full-time career at our local license and registry office while still making time to serve and care for others in meaningful ways.

Known for her warm heart and deep empathy, Levy is a welcoming presence for many newcomers in Taber. She understands how overwhelming it can feel to move to a new place, and she has a gift for helping people feel seen, supported, and connected.

Her faith and love for God are reflected in the way she lives — quietly serving, encouraging, and comforting people without needing recognition. She carries both kindness and strength effortlessly: compassionate but grounded, generous but not a pushover.

On top of all of that, she also has a creative eye and talent for wedding planning, which she has done for many years, bringing beauty, organization, and heart into life’s most meaningful celebrations.

Levy is the kind of woman who leaves people feeling welcomed, valued, and cared for wherever she goes, and we are so grateful for her!
