New program offering!

This Summer, join us for our Caregiver and Youth Game Nights🍿

This event is open to youth, age 12-25, and their caregivers!

We provide the board games, yummy snacks (chips, popcorn, hot chocolate bar, pop, water, etc.) and you bring the fun!

Folks are invited to join a big game with others, or you are more than welcome to stay within the group you come with to do your own thing.

Try your hand at a classic or come experience a new game!

Some upcoming local and virtual grief support programs 💞

Registration is now open to attend our Summer Grief Support Programs! 🌞

Our programs provide a safe, welcoming, and compassionate space where individuals can connect with others who understand the challenges of loss. Whether your loss is recent or occurred some time ago, these programs offer support, understanding, and opportunities for healing.

Led by trained facilitators, each session encourages meaningful conversation, compassionate listening, and connection with helpful resources to support you on your grief journey.

SESSION INFORMATION:

Looking to explore new career opportunities, connect with local employers, or learn about education, training, and community resources? Join us for an afternoon of networking, learning, and empowerment at the Indigenous Women Career & Information Fair!

This welcoming and inclusive event will bring together employers, service providers, educational institutions, and community organizations to help Indigenous women build meaningful connections and access valuable resources.

Parenting tweens and teens isn't easy. Today's youth are facing challenges that many of us never experienced growing up, and navigating those conversations can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, and frustrating.

The good news? There are strategies that can help!

Join Amber Buchanan, from Inside Out, for an engaging session focused on practical tips and tools to help you stay calm, communicate more effectively, and strengthen your relationship with your tween or teen during challenging times.

Drawing on her experience with the international organization YES!
World, as the director of a local youth program and as a mom, Amber will share tools you can use right away!
