Every Woman's Centre Adopt a Family program- registration is next month ❤️

Registration for our annual Adopt-a-Family Christmas Program is happening soon!

This year, registration will be done completely in-person at Every Woman's Centre, 21 Trinity Avenue, Sydney from Monday, October 5th until Friday, October 9th from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

We kindly ask that you come prepared with your proof of income, health cards for your children, and a couple of wish items for each child.

Please note, we do not register families in the New Waterford or River Ryan area. Families in these areas can register with Combined Giving at KOC on Plummer Avenue on November 6th, 7th, and 14th. Additionally, we do not provide Christmas meals for registrants outside of Sydney. Families outside Sydney will be provided with information on where they can register for their Christmas meal.

📖 Reminder that our last summer Caregiver Silent Book Club is tonight at 6pm!

You bring the book and we provide the quiet and relaxing space🕯️

You will get 45 minutes of silence to read, with candles, a light throw blanket if you choose and in a comfy spot to curl up. After the 45 minutes are up, you can choose to stick around for coffee, tea and snacks where you can meet other local caregivers, see the AYS space, or just keep reading!

Another no pressure environment where we want to promote caregiver self-care and connection.
