The 2026 Mountain View and Area Futures of Rodeo Scholarship is now live! Thanks to the generosity of Gina and Shane Crouch, Sheldon Valentine, and Jamie Davies, I'm very pleased to announce that we will be offering 2 scholarships again, both valued at $1000 each!

Our two recipients braved the cold rainy weather during the Friday night performance of the Sundre Pro Rodeo to receive their funds and certificates!
Thank you both for attending and to the Sundre Pro Rodeo for allowing us to do the presentation right in the dirt (maybe more like mud this year!). Thank you also to Shane Crouch and Jamie Davies for joining me for the presentation.

I have gotten to know Jamie well over the past few years and her contribution to the scholarship for 2025 is truly amazing and so generous! The Scholarship is officially ready to launch and we've got exciting news! Back this year is the Senior and Junior categories and thanks to our generous contributors a total fund increase!

This year I'm so excited to announce we will be giving $1000 to each category recipient! When I started this back in 2020 I never would've guessed this could be a possibility but I'm so thankful and can't wait to introduce these contributors to you so you can put a face to their generosity.

All the information can be found in the link provided below (make sure you check out the application information PDF that is linked into the opening paragraph of the form).
Please make sure you read everything carefully as you go through the form and fill in the required portions. Once the form is complete it will auto populate your responses into a document for my mom to go through and will hopefully make the entire process a lot easier this year!
