This morning, members of the Rotary Club of Summerland were proud to volunteer and support the event in Summerland.

Push For Your T**h raises awareness and funds in the fight against colorectal cancer, making the event especially meaningful for many in our community.

It was a beautiful morning of community, support, and reflection for those going through treatment, those who have recovered, and those we have lost.

Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, donated, and helped support this important cause.

𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 – 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟬 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

A great meeting at the Summerland Legion on Friday, led by Roch Fortin as he called us to order and share his Rotary moment.

We were excited to welcome new members to the club, with President Paul Barber inducting 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗵 𝗛𝘂𝗱𝘀𝗼𝗻 (sponsored by Jennifer Taylor), and Past President Char Schultz inducting 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗻 (sponsored by Paul Barber and Vilas Prabhu). It’s always a highlight to see our Rotary community continue to grow.

A special congratulations as well to 𝗪𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, who was recognized with a Paul Harris +5 pin—an honour that reflects a continued commitment to service and giving back. Thank you to Wolfgang Muhs for presenting this recognition.

Rotary is at its best when it brings people together like this—leadership, connection, and a shared focus on making an impact in Summerland.

If you’ve ever been curious about Rotary, we’re always open to welcoming new faces.
