Meet Logan one of our White Tail Beavers. He has gone above and beyond to earn his Beaver Hero badge. He fundraised over $400 for our local Pay it Forward Kindness Society.

We had a special delivery to the bus on Tuesday evening by a true community SUPER HERO.
7 year old Logan worked so hard to earn his Super Hero badge for beaver scouts.
Logan reached out to friends, family and even some teachers in his school to help him build this mountain. He had a big goal to raise $300 cash to turn it into care for the unhoused.
We were blown away to hear from him that he raised way over his goal and raised $400.00.
Look at the truck load of blessings for our outreach.
Logan took those dollars and went shopping for his big list of items he wrote down that he thought very carefully about. He asked questions about what items unhoused need most, he did his research and he went shopping.
Logan spent his time carefully stretching his dollars hunting down the sales and best deals in town, he even stopped in at the local thrift shop for reusable water bottles to make those bucks go further and we loved hearing that! Reduce reuse recycle ♻️ right!
He thought of everything chips, pop, gatorade and water to help in this heat. He loaded a big box of baby wipes that are great for the hot days as well.
He even picked up some $5.00 - 7 eleven gift cards for times when those we serve could benefit from having access to stopping in for a cold drink on their way back to camps that are far out on the highway.
Wednesday we stocked the snack rack, hygiene bins and hydration cart with a lot of his blessings and head out to the park for our Wednesday connection bus park night.
Logan also left a very special message behind. He made a poster seen below for us to hang on our bus for those who visit signed…..
“From one kid in Spruce Grove to remind you that you matter”
Logan we are so very proud to have you come by and stuff our bus. You worked so hard to do this all and load it all onto the bus. Thank you for choosing PFK to bless and share about in your presentation for your badge at beavers. We know all of the beaver scouts must have been so proud of you.
YOU are a true community hero and you earned that badge buddy!
