Last day near Stuart Island we experienced a pod of whales, looked like a family of 6. But I know nothing about whale life and how they cluster together. It was amazing to experience them in the wild! And more eagles too!

Come fly with me! We got to ride in a float plane with hopped a few islands and landed at and jumped in a boat to see the eagle feeding frenzy eat Hacke fish. It was spectacular!

We said a final good-bye to our father. He wanted to be 100, he made it to 98 and 4 months. A good long life. A good man too. I had the pleasure of getting to know him for the last 22 years and it was wonderful. I miss him already.

Best part about wearing hearing aids: I can hear… better. But a few complications have risen… being so comfortable with them in, I forget that I have them in when getting in the shower, also lying down at night. Then the crackling against the pillow starts. I’m like what is that noise?! Oh, yeah. My ear buddies are in! 1st world problems of getting older! Ha! I love it.🦻
