The well being of SUN and our members is always on my mind - 24/7.
How do we put more pressure on the government for better staffing? How do we hold employers accountable to ensure safe patient can be delivered?
How do we support members to advocate for change in their workplace? How do we build and capitalize on our growing engagement?
Everyday - members needs and the success of SUN are on my mind. Today, tomorrow and always.

Thank you Maureen - I am grateful for your words and for your support.
"Tracy Zambory has a passion for a publicly delivered and publicly funded health care system that is undeniable. The office of the President is not a 9-5 job, more like 12-16 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Tracy works tirelessly on behalf of all SUN members, regardless of their designation. She is recognized provincially, nationally and internationally as a respected, strong advocate for a health care system we can practice safely in and a voice we can trust. Her knowledge, experience and leadership training benefits us all, at the bargaining table, in the public, and with the government. Her connections have been built over several years and those relationships are not created overnight. Tracy led this organization through a global pandemic that crippled the world, continually fighting for the safety of SUN members and the patients we all care for.
Now change isn’t always a bad thing, when it is necessary. My question is, what can the President change by themselves? The direction and decisions of this organization are made based on bylaws and policies that the membership have approved at Annual Meetings. The office of the President does not dictate operations in the organization. The office of the President does not change our current constitution, our policies or our bylaws, the members do that. I do that. You do that. That direction comes from us.
If change is truly needed, the membership has the ability to make change in processes outlined in our policies and bylaws. Change must occur when the majority of the members want it, through a democratic process, not just the voices of a few.
We need that strong respected voice, with passion and experience to drive forward at the bargaining table, to continue to be a leader nationally and provincially. Tracy is that strong respected voice. We need her passion, her expertise, and her dedication to SUN! That does not need to change.
Please vote for a proven leader that has led this organization to be the most valued, respected voice in health care in Saskatchewan. I want Tracy to continue to fight for me!
Vote for Tracy Zambory. Vote for passion, expertise and leadership we can trust. Vote for SUN to continue to be the strong powerful organization we have grown to be over these past years."
