We’re proud to recognize TransformAction Outcomes that Matter (OTM) as a sponsor of the 2026 World Child & Youth Care Conference.

TransformAction Outcomes that Matter (OTM) is an innovative web-based solution designed to help child, youth, and family service providers monitor and report on the developmental outcomes achieved by children and young people in care. Through real-time and confidential recording of observations and commentary specific to each individual child or young person, OTM supports organizations in understanding and documenting developmental outcomes that occur during care.

Developed by Leon Fulcher, PhD of New Zealand with Thom Garfat, PhD of Canada, Outcomes that Matter is closely aligned with the values and principles of the Purposeful Use of Daily Life Events training and foundation principles which underpin a contemporary Child and Youth Care approach and European traditions of Social Pedagogy.

These are the outcomes that really matter—outcomes that are child and young person centred, trauma-informed, strengths-based and developmentally focused.

We are grateful for their support in helping bring this global gathering to St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
