Today is National Cancer Survivors Day - a day to recognize cancer survivors - both those who have completed their treatment, and those who are still receiving treatment.

It is a day to draw awareness to the challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis, and to join with all survivors in celebrating their milestones and victories along the way - however big or small they may be.

The Cancer Care Foundation stands with cancer survivors across Newfoundland and Labrador today and every day 💜

Golf Fore Hope raises funds for the Foundation's Patient and Family Support Fund assisting cancer patients who are in financial distress during their cancer treatment.

Twenty years ago today, our Financial Administrator, Deborah McNiven started at the Cancer Care Foundation. In 20 years, she has been a part of many annual audits, looked after many payables and receivables, took part in many events and kept everything running smoothly through it all. She has the biggest heart, and to know her is to love her! Join us in congratulating Deb on this 20th Anniversary milestone! We hope she stays for 20 more years.....

The Cancer Care Foundation will hold its 4th Annual Golf Fore Hope, presented by Akita Equipment, on July 9th at Bally Haly Golf Course.

Golf Fore Hope raises funds for the Foundation's Patient and Family Support Fund - which provides assistance to cancer patients who are experiencing severe financial distress during their cancer treatment.
