Hi Folks, the Breakfast with Santa has been thoroughly enjoyed, and the Tea Service for Seniors is set for 2 pm.

We have a change to the agenda with the bike parade as this evening's weather is not fit for bike parading so the bike parade will not happen tonight.

Tomorrow's weather is looking much better, so the bike parade will be tomorrow evening with a 6:30 pm start from the Lodge in Burnt Point, and following the usual route.

It will soon be time to walk the walk! I guess talk the talk for The Pumpkin Walk would be 'Boo' and the lyrics from The Monster Mash. Hope to see you there! Dress warmly, wear something reflective, and ensure your footwear is suitable for Halloween trekking! Sunday October 26th at 5:00 pm. Gull Island Pond Boardwalk.

Hi Folks,

Over the next little while you will see the North Shore Trails Society Committee page begin to look different. We’re now BGN Community Enhancement & Events Committee, and our page graphics will be adjusted to reflect the same.

Our goal to helping build community spirit and identity remains at the forefront - free events and fundraising remain part of our scope - but we thought our name should better reflect the communities we primarily serve and the goals we wish to accomplish.

Burnt Point, Gull Island, Northern Bay, and all points, we are:

A Heartfelt Thank You from the North Shore Trails Committee 💙

On behalf of the North Shore Trails Committee, we would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who came out and helped make our Pond Day Celebration such a wonderful success!

First, to our incredible committee members—Paula, Margaret, Nancy, Terri-Lynn, Darlene, and Nikki—thank you for your hard work, time, and dedication. Your efforts make events like this possible.

A huge thank you as well to all the volunteers who stepped up to help throughout the day. Whether you helped with setup, activities, cleanup, or anything in between—your support and kindness are truly appreciated.
