Join us for Sooke’s inaugural Black Heritage Week! In collaboration with Sooke Region Museum, we have a week of celebration and connection, starting on Family Day with a community potluck that includes music, children’s activities, and much more! Come “Stir the Pot” the rest of the week with a Financial Literacy Workshop, an Afro-Brazilian Dance Workshop, a Poetry Open Mic & Feature, and a Hair Braiding Workshop. All events are open to the public ✨
