🌼 Senior Socials are Back for 2026! 🌼

One of our favourite parts of the year is getting together with seniors from across Shelburne County for an afternoon of laughter, great food, entertainment, and friendship. We look forward to seeing familiar faces, meeting new friends, and sharing plenty of fun along the way!

These events are free to attend, but registration is required. Food and entertainment are provided, and free transportation is available for those who need it.

Creativity was in full bloom at Anne Lovitt’s watercolor workshop! 🎨🌿

Participants gathered around the table to learn new techniques, share ideas, and bring their own artistic touch to life. From delicate brushstrokes to vibrant washes of color, everyone created beautiful potted plant paintings—each one unique and full of personality.

It was wonderful to see the focus, collaboration, and pride as participants showcased their finished pieces. Workshops like this are a great reminder that art brings people together and that creativity can flourish at any skill level.

Thank you to Anne Lovitt for guiding such an inspiring session, and to everyone who joined in the fun!

CORAH’s Kitchen with Myriam 🍽️✨

Monday in the kitchen with Myriam was full of colour, flavour, and delicious aromas!

On the menu was:�🍍 Hawaiian chicken sheet pan served with brown rice�🌭 Pepper & chicken sausage sheet pan paired with pasta and garlic bread�🥗 Fresh pear & baby arugula salad�🍨 Sweet finish with rhubarb crisp and vanilla ice cream

These vibrant sheet pan meals were a hit—packed with roasted veggies, bold seasoning, and comforting favourites. From savoury to sweet, it was a wonderful time cooking, sharing, and enjoying good food together.

🌱 Help Our Garden Grow! Donations Needed 🌱

CORAH is currently seeking donations of blue barrels to support our Garden Club’s greenhouse project. These barrels will be used inside the CORAH greenhouse to help create a more sustainable growing environment.
