The Divine Scripture
God's Word, the Bible, is inerrant and infallible. It serves as the unwavering au
thority and guide for faith and life. It's reliability is underscored in (Proverbs 30:5-6; Isaiah 8:20; John 10:35; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21). The Trinity
God exists as a divine Trinity, comprising three eternal beings - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit - existing in unending harmony and love (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; John 14:26; 2 Corinthians 13:14). The Creation of the Universe
God, as the architect of the universe, brought forth all existence from a state of absolute nothingness. He proclaimed the goodness of His creation (Genesis 1-2; Exodus 20:11; Hebrews 11:3). The Creation of Humanity
God molded humanity in His own image, destined for the glory and enjoyment of God Himself, and entrusted with stewardship over the creation (Genesis 1:26-28; Psalm 8; Isaiah 43:7; Revelation 4:11; Psalm 37:4). The Fall of Humanity
Humanity, once immaculate, stumbled into sin, rendering us incapable of self-salvation (Genesis 3; Romans 3:12, 23; Romans 5:12). The Messiah, Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ, the prophesied Messiah of Israel, is an embodiment of divinity and humanity (Matthew 1:21-23; John 1:1,14; 20:28; Hebrews 1:1-4, 2:14). The Life and Triumph of Jesus
Jesus, born of a virgin, led a life of perfect obedience to God, performed great miracles, suffered crucifixion, conquered death through resurrection, ascended to heaven, and now reigns supreme over all (Luke 1:26-35, Hebrews 4:15; John 14:11, Luke 23-24, Ephesians 1:20-23). Salvation through God
God’s grace alone provides salvation, exclusively procured through Jesus’ flawless obedience and vicarious atonement (Isaiah 53; Hebrews 7:26-27; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Acts 4:12). Salvation is Unearned
Salvation is an unmerited gift of God, not a product of our achievements. It is received through faith in Christ, not by works (John 3:16; Romans 1:16-17; Galatians 2:16-21). The Empowerment of the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit, sent to Earth, grants spiritual rebirth, unifies us with Christ, assures us of God's love, guides us in truth, shapes us in His character, equips us with spiritual gifts, and empowers us to be His ambassadors (John 3:3-8; Acts 1:8; Romans 8; 1 Corinthians 12; Galatians 5:16-26; Ephesians 3:16-21). The Global Church
The church encompasses the united body of God’s people, spanning all generations and nations (Romans 12:5; Galatians 3:26-29; Ephesians 1:22-23; Revelation 7:9). God’s Angelic Forces
God’s holy angels serve as defenders and helpers of God’s people (Psalm 34:7, 91:11; Matthew 18:10; Hebrews 1:14). Fallen Angels
Satan, along with other fallen angels, poses a grave danger, yet their downfall is assured. Christ is the ultimate victor (Ephesians 6:10-18; Colossians 2:15; 1 Peter 5:8; Revelation 12:10-12). The Second Coming and Resurrection
Christ will make a visible return, the dead will be resurrected, and Christ will establish His reign over the world, renewing all things (Matthew 24:30; 1Cor. 15:52, 1 Thessalonians 4:16; Revelation 21:1-5). The New Heaven and New Earth
God’s faithful will eternally rejoice in the new heaven and new earth, while God's adversaries will endure eternal suffering in hell (Daniel 12:2-3; Matthew 25:31-46; Revelation 22:1-5; 2 Thessalonians 1:9). The Design of Marriage
Sexual intimacy is reserved for the lifelong union of a man and a woman in marriage (Genesis 2:22-25; Matthew 5:27-32; Matthew 19:3-9; 1 Corinthians 7:1-11). God's Covenant with Families
God's covenant encompasses not just individuals but their families as well (Genesis 17:7; 18:19; Deuteronomy 7:9; Joshua 24;15; Psalm 103:17; Acts 11:14; 16:15,31). Walking with God
As individuals, couples, and families, we are called to engage in daily dialogue with God through Bible reading and prayer (Psalm 1; Daniel 6:10; Deuteronomy 6:4-9; Ephesians 6:18; 1 Thessalonians 5:17). Loving Because He Loved Us
God calls us to a life of holiness and love, exemplified by the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:1-17; Mark 12:30-31; John 14:15; Romans 13:8-10; 1 Corinthians 13). Honoring Christ in All Things
God summons us to a worldview and lifestyle where Christ is honored in all spheres of thought and action (Psalm 24:1; Colossians 3:17; 2 Corinthians 10:5). Spreading the Gospel
God calls us to evangelize the Good News to those who don’t yet follow Christ (Psalm 96:3; Matthew 5:14; Matthew 28:18-20; 1 Peter 3:15). In addition to Essential Beliefs, we have liberty in Non-Essential Beliefs. Baptism is symbolic of the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. Once we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior, baptism is a way for us to publicly declare our new life in Christ. It is also a step of obedience based on God’s commands and allows us to follow the example of Jesus, who submitted himself to baptism to "fulfill all righteousness." Matthew 3:16-17, 28:18-20
Acts 2:41, 8:12
"Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters...Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls...So then each of us will give an account of himself to God... So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God." In the non-essentials, liberty. In all things, charity.
