Tony, you are my best friend, my shadow , my boy , my little man. You saw my successes and all the faults and failures too ( trust me there was a handful) No matter what the world through at me you always stood next to me ready to tackle the next challenge. The last month without you has been my biggest challenge so far. In 20 years You showed me hard work, loyalty, passion, toughness and most importantly real love. You always had my back, no matter what was in the way or the circumstances, every time I turned around you were there helping me crush the next obstacle that was in our way. You were always by my side , travelling, bar hopping, eating out , you name it we did it together , but most importantly you were always working next to me,helping me build a company to what it is today. 306 disposal would not be were it is today without your grit, passion and discipline, you showed me day in and day out that putting in the work and showing up everyday and doing what you say your going to do will bring success. You will always be the face of 306 disposal. You made such an impact on everyone that had the pleasure of knowing you. Having you for a best friend for 20 years was such a blessing. You made me a better man being in my life and thank you for sharing your whole life with me ,You will always be my little man💙
