Strong Roots, Safe Futures 💜

Summit Outreach and Counselling Inc. is excited to announce the upcoming launch of SHE THRIVES, a program designed to empower and support females ages 15–25! 💕

SHE THRIVES is about creating a safe, welcoming space where participants can connect, build confidence, strengthen their cultural identity, develop new skills, and grow together.

🌿 What can you look forward to?

💜 Mental wellness workshops — coping skills, anxiety, boundaries, confidence and self-worth

🌸 Cultural connections — beading, ribbon skirt making, traditional teachings and land-based activities

💪 Safety and empowerment — healthy relationships, exploitation awareness, personal safety and finding your voice

🍲 Life skills — cooking classes, financial independence and building a positive future

🤝 Connection and belonging — meeting new people, supporting one another and building meaningful relationships

✨ Programming begins October 2026!

We will be offering twice-monthly programming over the next 12 months, with a variety of hands-on workshops, cultural experiences and opportunities for personal growth.
