VOLUNTEER CALL-OUTS: HELP US DECORATE!
We’re looking for a few extra hands to help with some upcoming events and community spaces. These are small, approachable volunteer roles and a great way to meet people, support q***r community-building, and help bring some colour and energy into the season.
June 1
1 volunteer needed to help the DAISSI Board Chair decorate the Salt Spring Library display case.
Shift time: Flexible. Approximately 1 hour sometime between 11am and 4pm. Let us know when you're available!
June 6
2 volunteers needed to help decorate before the Q***r As Funk show at ArtSpring, including hanging banners and flags. This may also include helping set up tables and chairs alongside ArtSpring volunteers. This is an ArtSpring RoundTable event presented with DAISSI support.
An appetizer potluck at 7pm precedes the show, and volunteers are warmly invited to stay for both the potluck and dance.
Shift time: 5:30 to 7pm.
