The building provides housing to 191 full time students in fully furnished apartment style living. The building is connected to the rest of the College allowing easy access to classrooms, the library, as well as the Casgrain Sports Centre. TYPES OF APARTMENTS
There are four main types of apartments, the great majority of which are shared by four people and consist of two bedrooms, one living room
/dining area, a kitchenette and a full bathroom. FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES
All apartments are comfortably furnished to allow students to study and relax in their new home. The bedrooms consist of two beds, two desks with lamps, and adequate drawer and cupboard space. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove top, sink, cupboards and microwave oven. The living room includes one or two lounge chairs, a small sofa and a dining room table with chairs. The bathroom has been set up to accommodate two people at a time with a separate sink and mirror outside the toilet and bath area. The apartments are furnished as described above, however, bedding, cooking and eating utensils are not provided. Minor electrical appliances are not provided, and it is suggested that students sharing an apartment should contact one another to ensure that all necessary appliances are brought from home (i.e.: toaster, kettle, television, etc.). A listing of appropriate essentials will be provided to all students before their arrival. Each bedroom is equipped with a local telephone service, front door entry system, voice mail for each student and a cable Internet connection. Each apartment is equipped with the following items:

Please take note that your monthly rent includes: heating, electricity, hot water, security, taxes, telephone, cable television and internet service. Prices vary for the different types of apartments depending on the size and/or number of occupants. Leases are for a nine month period running from August to May.
