Community Iftar in St. Thomas 🌙

Join us this Ramadan for a special Community Iftar in St. Thomas, an evening of faith, community, and compassion as we come together to break our fast and uplift those in need.

We are delighted to invite you as we share iftar together, guided by Shaykh Aarji Anwer, we will also reflect on the mercy, generosity, and responsibility that Ramadan calls us toward.

This event is held in support of humanitarian projects for orphan sponsorship through Islamic Relief Canada, helping provide care, protection, and hope to vulnerable children and families. By attending, you are not only nourishing your soul and strengthening community ties, but also extending the blessings of Ramadan to those who need it most.

Najam Sheraz is a Munshid, motivational and community speaker, formerly a globally recognised singer, songwriter, and composer whose life took a transformative turn through the Qur’an. After the international success of his nasheed “Na Tera Khuda Koi Aur Hai,” he devoted himself to a path of learning, reflection, and following the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

His voice for unity and compassion has earned him two U.S. Congressional Recognitions, and he has been featured internationally, including in the BBC documentary Battle for Islam. Having performed and spoken across multiple continents, he now uses his voice to inspire spiritual growth and bring hearts closer to Allah — not as a celebrity, but as a servant of the Qur’an and the community.

These funds were raised over the last month, as the STIC collected donations every Friday during their prayer time for their “Our Community, Our Hospital” initiative.

We cherish this gift, as STEGH Foundation is proud to have the STIC as a valued partner in our efforts to bring the highest level of diagnostic technology and care, closer to home.
