🚧 Road Construction Notice – Main Street 🚧
Beginning May 4, 2026, culvert replacement work will take place on Main Street (near 333 Main Street).

The project is expected to take approximately one week to complete and may cause some traffic delays in the area. Flagging crews will be on site to help manage traffic and keep things moving safely.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while this work is underway.

The St. Martins Fire Department is now accepting applications for its $500 Memorial Bursary, honouring the dedication of firefighters past and present while supporting local students pursuing post-secondary education.

This is a reminder that it’s that time of year again if you want to burn, please check the government website that is updated every day at 2 PM.

It’s that time of year to check the batteries in your smoke alarms. Every home should have properly working smoke alarms to help keep families safe.

Make sure to test your smoke alarms once a month, replace the batteries regularly, and ensure the alarms themselves are replaced every ten years. It’s also important to have enough alarms installed throughout your home, and to install a carbon monoxide (CO) alarm if required.
