St. Brieux Manor Inc. St. Brieux Manor Inc. will be a twenty bed licensed personal care facility. The St. is a Community owned & operated, non-profit Charitable Organization.

Brieux Manor Inc., Personal Care Facility

Personal Care Homes are privately owned & operated facilities that provide accommodation/meals, and assistance or supervision with personal care. They offer assistance to those who can’t quite make it on their own at home, whether it be due to age or special needs. It fills that gap between living alone independently and qualifying for Long Term (level 3

& 4) Care. Brieux Manor is designed to be a beautiful, inviting, comfortable space, where people will want to come before they need to come. Brieux Manor features:

-Large suites (269 square feet) including a full bathroom, including a walk in shower, to provide a spacious private area for residents.

-A large kitchen, to encourage participation by the Residents in planning & preparing meals. All meals & snacks are provided.

-An inviting Dining & Activity area for daily socializing and special event festivities, with a large area which can be divided off to create private space for Family gatherings.

- An outdoor patio space, covered front porch, hair salon and common tub room. -Trained staff to provide nutritious home-cooked meals, and assist with dailypersonal care, housekeeping, and laundry, and initiate recreational activities. -24 hour, in-house, on-call personnel. Staffing requirements may fluctuate,according to the personal care requirements of the Residents at any given time. -Convenient location, within 2 blocks of: Post Office, two restaurants, Recreation Center, Community Hall, Catholic Church, and Chateau Providence Long Term Care Facility.

- An energy efficient facility designed to keep operating costs (and rental rates) at a minimum.
