We have had one volunteer spot open up and are looking for someone to fill it:

📅 Thursday June 25
🕖 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is filling quickly!

We currently have just 5 spots remaining in our 4-Year-Old Class.

📚 Tuesdays & Thursdays
🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We still need:☀️ One daytime shift (1:00–8:00 PM)🌙 One late-night shift (11:00 PM–2:00 AM)
..on both Wednesday and Thursday.

If you've been thinking about helping, now is the time! Family and friends are welcome to volunteer too.

We didn’t expect to still have this many casino shifts open so close to the fundraiser.

This fundraiser makes a huge difference for Cookie Jar and helps support our teachers’ wages throughout the year. Right now, if we can’t fill the remaining volunteer spots, we’ll have to pay outside workers to take the shifts instead.

If you’ve been thinking about signing up, this is your sign 💛

Even helping with one shift makes a difference. Family and friends are welcome too, and no experience is needed.

As we wrap up another wonderful year at Cookie Jar, this week will be full of celebration, little goodbyes, graduation smiles, and so many proud moments. 💛🎓

We can’t wait to celebrate all of our amazing students and the growth they’ve made this year. Thank you to our families for being part of such a special school community.

🚨 COOKIE JAR CASINO VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🚨

Our Red Deer Casino fundraiser on June 24 & 25 is currently very under-filled, and we urgently need volunteers to help cover the remaining shifts.

At this time, only a few positions have been filled across both days. If we cannot fill the volunteer spots, Cookie Jar Preschool will have to pay outside workers to take the shifts — greatly reducing the funds raised for our school.

This fundraiser helps support our teachers’ wages throughout the year and makes a huge impact for our preschool.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
🎲 Day Shifts: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🎲 Night/Count Shifts: 7:30 PM – 2:00 AM
🎲 Late Chiprunner/Count Shift: 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Family members and friends are also welcome to sign up!

Please consider helping if you are able. With over 30 families in our preschool community, we are hopeful we can come together and get these shifts filled. ❤️
