💚🌱Atlantic Wellness stopped in today with pizza for Royal Reign and Royal Storm! Together, our boats raised nearly $18,000 this year, 40% of which will support Atlantic Wellness in providing free, timely mental health care to local youth. We don’t do it for the kudos, but we’ll never say no to pizza! 🍕😋

Join us Friday, May 30th at Jones Lake for an afternoon full of energy, teamwork, and community spirit as youth teams Royal Reign and Royal Storm hit the water for the annual Dragon Boat Race! These amazing teams are racing to raise funds for Atlantic Wellness and support youth mental health services.

🏁 Races run all afternoon, and there’ll be food trucks, fun vibes, and a whole lot of heart. Bring your cheers, your appetite, and your love for a great cause!

Rejoins-nous le vendredi 30 mai au lac Jones pour une après-midi remplie d’action, d’esprit d’équipe et de fierté communautaire, alors que les équipes jeunesse Royal Reign et Royal Storm pagaient pour une bonne cause : soutenir Atlantic Wellness et les services de santé mentale pour les jeunes. 💙

Our cheeks hurt from smiling so much tonight! Thank you to everyone who came out for puppy yoga. Your puppy yoga instructor, Jessica Arseneau, is also an experienced yoga teacher, extreme dog lover, and does a fantastic Kristen Wiig impression. Oh, and she makes time to work as a Resource teacher at RHS between walks and cuddles with her sweet pittie, Beans! Jess has built a beginner-friendly sequence for this Friday… and you KNOW she put puppy pose in there!
