PKP is looking for a remote, full-time Systems Support Contractor.

In this role, you'll support the hosting infrastructure that helps thousands of journals, presses, and preprint servers around the world publish openly.

🗒️Required experience: Linux, Git, and CLI administration · nginx and Apache · PHP · MySQL
➕Bonus: containerization, infrastructure as code, task automation, and/or experience contributing to a FOSS project.

From May 12 to 14, the “CRKN RCDR Virtual Conference: Creative Collaborations, Collective Momentum” is happening!

On May 12 at 3:00 p.m., David Cormier and Jessica Dallaire-Clark from Érudit will lead the session entitled “From Questions to Difficult Answers: AI Technologies and Community Open Infrastructures,” along with Juan Pablo Alperin and Mike Nason (PKP).

On May 14, Jessica will also participate in the session entitled “The Future of Open Access Crowdfunding Models,” notably with Urooj Nizami, Associate Director of Community Engagement and Outreach at PKP.
