Last week Persian Pavilion Ambassadors; Shiva, Negin and Arsalan had an amazing time on Cultural Voices of Regina with CJTR 91.3FM, sharing the story behind the Persian Pavilion and what it means to bring Persian culture, history, art, music, and hospitality to Mosaic 2026 in Regina. 🤗

The interview highlighted the importance of multiculturalism, community connection, and creating a space where people can experience the beauty of Persian traditions and heritage together. We also spoke about the incredible volunteers and supporters helping make this vision possible.

Human rights, heritage, and history; all brought to life at the Persian Pavilion ✨🤎🦁

The Cyrus Cylinder, created in 534 BCE, has long been recognized as the world’s first universal charter of human rights. Inscribed in Akkadian cuneiform and predating the Magna Carta by nearly a millennium, this extraordinary symbol of humanity and justice remains one of the greatest legacies of ancient Persia.

We are proud to showcase a beautifully crafted replica of the Cyrus Cylinder, created by our talented Persian Pavilion Design & Decoration Lead, Sepideh, as part of our cultural displays at this year’s Mosaic Festival.
