Parent/caregiver involvement in early childhood is vital to a child’s ongoing learning and development. Here at the Early Years Family Resource Centre we have created an engaging environment for families to model problem solving, language skills, social and emotional skills and have fun together.
Our early childhood trained facilitators are always on hand to support families in early learning, parenting education, family wellness, or information on professional referrals.
We are open for free play from 9-4, Monday to Friday, as well as offering many programs for ages 0-5. Come check us out at 2550 Sandra Schmirler Way.

Thanks Quinn from KustomKittiesCanada for delivering this Epic Climber, sensory table and puppet trees (aka coat tree)! Can’t wait to see some little fingers and toes wrapped around the bars of that climber. Renovations are in progress. We are getting closer to opening the new Airport Industrial site, which is a good thing because our storage area is filling up. Thanks Quinn for making high quality wood items for our families to enjoy!

We are so excited to open a new location to join the already established Early Years Family Resource Centres. The new centre is in the Airport Industrial area at 2550 Sandra Schmirler Way.
We can’t wait to open so families can participate in our engaging free programming and super fun play area. The EYFRC Airport Location will offer programs and services to families and caregivers with children prenatal to age five. Keep checking for our Grand Opening in the new year!
