Pain BC knows that living with chronic pain can have a significant impact on young people’s emotional wellbeing, relationships, education, work, and day-to-day lives. That's why they created two free programs that offer a supportive, inclusive space to explore practical coping strategies, build resilience, and develop tools relevant to participants’ own experiences.

Making Sense of Pain Online for Youth (Ages 14–18)
A 5-week online program designed to help youth make sense of their pain, learn practical strategies for coping with its physical and emotional impacts, and build confidence in navigating life with pain.
Dates: Wednesday, October 21st to November 25th, 2026.
Time: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM (PT)

There has been a recent increase in toxic drug poisonings from Quesnel, BC and area. Substances circulating in community are highly toxic, causing heavy and prolonged sedation, and require more naloxone to reverse. Overdoses are happening when the substances are smoked and/or injected.
