Member Spotlight: Meet Dawn MacAuley ! 🏋️‍♀️⛳

We are thrilled to introduce a member who truly understands the power of coming together for a common goal: Dawn MacAuley.

Originally from Regina, Dawn moved to Prince Albert when she married her husband, Jason, and we are so glad she did! A retired Pharmacist, Dawn now fills her days with energy and movement—you can usually find her on the golf course or pushing her limits at CrossFit.

Stronger Together

Dawn’s background in healthcare and her active lifestyle give her a great perspective on what it means to be part of a team. She joined 100 Women Who Care Prince Albert because she believes that our collective strength is what makes the biggest difference:

"I am honored to be a part of 100 Women Who Care! I believe in the power of collective giving. Combining my contribution with others can quickly turn into real help for a local charity that needs it. I am looking forward to a connection with like-minded women, who all come from diverse backgrounds, but all share the same passion for giving! Together we are stronger!"

Dawn, thank you for your passion, your energy, and for being such a wonderful part of this "stronger together" community. We look forward to seeing you at the next meeting!

Help us give Dawn a warm "100 Women" welcome in the comments! 👇✨

Member Spotlight: Meet Blaire Henry 🏥🎭

We are so pleased to introduce a member who brings a heart for healing and a deep appreciation for our city’s culture: Blaire Henry.

Blaire serves our community on the front lines as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at Victoria Hospital. While her journey began in South Louisiana, we are so glad her path led her north to settle and grow roots right here in Prince Albert!

Finding a Home in PA

For Blaire, the "small-town charm" and the vibrant arts community made Prince Albert a place she is proud to call home. That love for her community is exactly what drew her to our mission:

"Prince Albert may not have been where I pictured settling and growing roots, but I am forever thankful that I did. With its rich Arts community and small town charm, Prince Albert is a place I am proud to call home. I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of this group striving to support charities in the area."

Blaire, thank you for the vital work you do at the hospital and for your dedication to lifting up the local charities that make our city so special. We are lucky to have you in our "100 Women" family!

Member Spotlight: Meet Shari Ilnisky ❤️✨

It is a privilege to introduce a member who has spent her entire life dedicated to the art of caring: Shari Ilnisky.

For over 20 years, Shari served our community as a nurse, where compassion and connection were more than just professional requirements—they were a way of life. Today, she carries that same heart and purpose into her role as the founder of Thrift Avenue & Company.

A Business Built on Heart

Shari created her small business with a genuine desire to give back, proving that kindness can be woven into every aspect of our lives. Through Thrift Avenue & Company, she proudly supports local charities with both monetary and clothing donations.

The Power of Compassion

Shari’s belief in the "lasting impact of simple gestures" is exactly why she is such a perfect fit for our mission. Here is her beautiful perspective on our group:

"I am truly honoured to be part of 100 Women Who Care Prince Albert, a group of women whose collective generosity is creating meaningful change in the community. Whether through nursing, business, or community service, caring for others is one of the most meaningful ways to create lasting impact—because when compassion leads, lives are touched, hope grows, and communities become stronger for everyone."

Shari, thank you for your decades of service as a nurse and for continuing to lead with compassion through your business and our group. We are so grateful to have you with us!

Member Spotlight: Meet Corliss Rassyle ✨

Prince Albert has always been home for Corliss, and even as her kids have grown and her work has expanded across North America and around the world, this community remains at the heart of it all.

As a speaker, coach, author, podcaster, and host of LEAD Conference Corliss’s work is centered around helping people become their best and live with purpose. But at the core of it all is a simple belief… that we all have the ability to make a difference in the lives of others.

Here’s her take on being part of this community:

"I’ve come to a stage in my life where giving back feels more important than ever. While my work allows me to support people in their growth, being part of 100 Women Who Care gives me the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful, local way.

It connects me to organizations that are doing important work in our community, and it means a lot to know I can be part of supporting that, alongside other women who care.
I truly believe we’re all impacting others in our everyday lives, and when we come together with intention like this, that impact can go even further."

Corliss, thank you for the heart and intention you bring to this group and to the community. 💛

Member Spotlight: Meet Elizabeth Montgomery 🛡️✨

It is a pleasure to feature a member who is all about local impact and the "compounding" power of our group: Elizabeth Montgomery!

Elizabeth is a leader in our local business community as the Manager at A2Z Safety & Training Ltd. She brings a sharp professional eye and a big heart to everything she does.

Why Elizabeth Cares

Elizabeth has always been a generous supporter of local clubs and agencies, but she joined 100 Women Who Care Prince Albert to see that generosity reach a new level. As she puts it:

"I joined 100 Women Who Care because I care! I love being part of a group with such a title and it makes my impact greater. I’ve always donated to various agencies and clubs however this gives the opportunity for money to be compounded and make a real mark.

I love that agencies are given the chance to promote their cause and bring awareness of their services. I love that we all have a vote and our feedback is listened to. I especially love that the donation stays local in our community!"

A Goal for Year Two

Elizabeth is entering her second year with the group, and she has one specific "resolution" for the upcoming meetings:

"Somehow, I have yet to physically attend a meeting which is ironic because indeed I thought I’d get to hang out with some cool women and buy myself supper; now going into year two of this I promise myself I’ll get out to a meeting!"

Elizabeth, we can’t wait to finally grab that supper with you and have you in the room!

Thank you for your continued support and for helping us make a "real mark" on Prince Albert.

Let’s give Elizabeth a warm virtual hello in the comments! 👇💖

New Member Spotlight: Meet Pattie Campbell! 🎨✨

Our 100 Women Who Care Prince Albert family continues to grow with amazing, community-minded women, and today we are so excited to officially welcome Pattie Campbell!

Pattie brings a wonderful creative spirit and a heart for service to our group. As she puts it, her life revolves around her beautiful roles as a wife, sister, mom, grandmother, and friend. Beyond her family, Pattie is a retired school secretary and a talented artist.

We are so glad she decided to join us!

Here is why Pattie was drawn to our movement:

"I fell in love with the concept of WWC the moment I read about it for two reasons—firstly, to be able to positively impact local organizations in a fairly simple way, and secondly, to get to know some of the wonderful women taking part. It will be great to learn more about all of the organizations in Prince Albert and area as they make presentations to the group."

We couldn’t agree more, Pattie! We look forward to hearing your voice at our meetings and getting to know you better. Thank you for choosing to be part of the change we’re building here in PA.

Member Spotlight: Meet PJ MacRae PJ ⚡️💛

We love the energy and heart that PJ MacRae brings to 100 Women Who Care Prince Albert!

As the Manager of the YWCA Community Connection Centre, PJ is on the front lines of social impact every single day. She sees firsthand the incredible difference that support can make in the lives of our neighbors, which is exactly why she is such a dedicated advocate for our group.

More Than Meets the Eye

PJ knows how to light up a room, but there’s a serious passion behind the sparkle. Here is her take on being a part of our movement:

"People often see me as the life of the party and honestly, that’s fair. It’s one of my outlets and I’ll never apologize for bringing the energy. But at the end of the day, I’m also deeply passionate about community and being part of something bigger than myself.

I manage one of the locations for one of the largest non-profits in our city, so I see firsthand how much impact collective support can have... There’s something incredibly powerful about a room full of women coming together with the same purpose, to lift up local charities and create real change. Big or small, every bit of that impact matters."

PJ, we love that you bring the fun and the focus! Thank you for showing up for our community and for being such a fierce, dedicated leader in our group.

Show PJ some love in the comments—stay fierce! 👇✨
