Hello JYD members,
We're excited to share an incredible opportunity for riders looking to improve their mountain biking skills this season.
On Sunday, June 21, the Manitoba Cycling Association is bringing professional mountain bike coach Charlotte Batty to the new Prairie Flow Trails in Portage la Prairie for an Intermediate MTB Skills Clinic.
Charlotte is one of Canada's most respected mountain bike instructors, with more than 15 years of coaching experience. She is a PMBIA Level 3 Certified Coach, PMBIA Instructor Trainer, founder of Minii Adventures MTB Experiences, and has worked with riders across North America to build confidence, improve technique, and progress their riding skills.
Participants of these skills clinics will work on:
• Body position and bike handling
• Wheel lifts and technical riding skills
• Cornering techniques for improved speed and control
• Jumps and drops
• Trail reading and line selection
• Riding technical features with confidence
• Coaching tips that can be applied when riding with others or leading group rides

🕘 Option #2: Afternoon Session 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

💲 $50 for MCA Members / $60 for Non-Members
