We were so happy to be a part of this informative presentation today!

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ashley Cox, Professor in the Department of Urology at Dalhousie University, for sharing her expertise with more than 75 women across CORAH's Middleton and Port Hawkesbury campuses during her live-streamed presentation on Bladder Health After Menopause.

This informative session explored important topics that affect many women, including urine leakage, menopause-related bladder changes, recurrent UTIs, and other key aspects of bladder health.

Participants gained valuable knowledge, practical insights, and a better understanding of how to support their health and well-being through all stages of life.

Thank you, Dr. Cox, for helping to raise awareness and foster important conversations about women's health! 💜

We enjoyed some great short films and discussion at our Afternoon at the Movies yesterday.
Today participants had their coffee and tea with a side of conversation at the CORAH Cafe. From there we welcomed some folks for some crafts, cards and boardgames!

Lovely to see everyone and we look forward to more programming tomorrow!
