🎉📚 The Canadian Future-Ready Education Grant (CFREG) is now officially OPEN!

Teachers of Canada — free, hands-on, future-ready entrepreneurship education for your classroom is now available to apply for! And we cannot wait for more communities to receive BizKids programs. 🌟

Through the Canadian Future-Ready Education Grant (CFREG), educators across Canada can access a full suite of BizKids programs — completely free — for students in Grades 2–9. 💛

Here is what is included:
📚 Four complete BizKids programs:
🚀 KidPreneur Accelerator — guiding students through the full journey of starting their own business
🗣️ KidTalks Public Speaking — building confident, compelling communicators
💻 Kids Course Creator — teaching students to package and share their knowledge digitally
🌐 Build an Online Business — supporting students in learning the fundamentals of online communication through a business lens

To further support student learning, resources including lesson plans, student workbooks, program videos, slideshows, and full support from the BizKids team are all included in this progressive learning experience. ✅

No prep overwhelm. No extra budget needed. Just engaging, hands-on programs your Grade 2–9 students will genuinely love — and real future-ready skills they will carry with them long after the school year ends. 💪

Indigenous communities across Canada — this one is for you. 🧡

We are so proud to announce that the Indigenous Future-Ready Education Grant (IFREG) is officially OPEN! 🎉

Through this grant, eligible Indigenous communities and organizations across Canada can receive 2 full years of free, unlimited access to the BizKids Indigenous Youth Entrepreneur Program — an engaging, real-world learning experience designed for youth ages 7–15. 🙌

And when they finish, they walk away with Future-Ready skills such as leadership, confidence, communication, problem-solving, etc — grown through every big decision they made, every challenge they pushed through, and the hands-on experience they have gone through. 💪

The program can be run independently at each youth's own pace, or together as a group led by a community leader — making it flexible enough to work in any community setting, no matter where a child learns. 🌟

Parents from the BizKids community have been sharing their experiences — from the BizKids Summer Market to our at-home programs — and what they are describing is exactly what we set out to build. 🙌

Children developing confidence they did not have before. 💪

Kids discovering their passions and turning them into real businesses with real products and real customers. 🌿

Young people understanding financial literacy and product development not through a textbook — but through the lived experience of building something entirely their own. 💰

Exciting news — BizKids has a brand new Community Partner! 🌟🎉

BizKids is thrilled to welcome Frog Lake Education Authority as our newest Community Partner — and through this partnership, we are bringing the Indigenous Launch Your Business Program directly to Indigenous youth in Frog Lake, Alberta. 🤩

Youth in the community will have unlimited access to the Indigenous Launch Your Business Program — our one-of-a-kind entrepreneurship program reimagined with an Indigenous lens, for Indigenous youth, presented by Indigenous youth. 🧡

Here is what that means for the young people of Frog Lake:
🌟 A fully self-paced programme — youth learn on their own terms, at their own speed, from the comfort of their own community
👥 Peer-to-peer learning — every lesson is taught by actual Indigenous youth from Nations across Canada, so youth see themselves reflected in every step of the journey
🚀 A real business launch — by the end of the program, every participant has the knowledge, the tools, and the confidence to launch a business of their very own
💛 Two full years of unlimited access — giving every youth the time and space they need to truly grow

Entrepreneurship. Digital literacy. Confidence. Public speaking. Financial literacy. These are not just business skills — they are life skills. And every Indigenous young person deserves the opportunity to develop them in an environment that honours who they are and where they come from.

Nine provinces. Multiple communities. One mission. 🌟🇨🇦

The Canadian Future-Ready Education Grant (CFREG) has officially reached its 9th province — and we could not be more excited for more children to gain access to BizKids programs! 🤩

This means Educators in Prince Edward Island have now officially joined teachers in other provinces in bringing hands-on entrepreneurship education to their classrooms. 🙌

For many of these children — this is their first real introduction to entrepreneurial thinking. And for many of them, it is the first time they are building something real, something without a right or wrong answer. 💙

This milestone is not just a number to us. It is proof that a child's postal code does not have to determine whether they get to learn skills like financial literacy, problem-solving, communication, and resilience. 💪

And we are not stopping at nine. Every province. Every territory. Every child who deserves access to future-ready education — regardless of where they grow up in Canada. That is the goal. And this milestone proves it is possible. ✨

We asked our kidpreneurs: "What advice would you give to other kids who want to start their business?" 🌟
