Plattsville Minor Hockey and the Executive Board would like to welcome Karl Ortmanns as our Coach Mentor

Hockey has been a constant part of his life as a player, a goalie dad and a coach. His philosophy has always been simple: "Build the person, build the player. It is not about the wins or the losses, it is about developing the players who love the game enough to keep chasing it."
He is a Development Certified Coach with Hockey Canada, but the certification just validates what he already believes, the best coaching happens when you invest in the whole person first. Karl is looking forward to working alongside the coaches in Plattsville, supporting player development at every level and helping build something the whole community can be proud of.
