Valentine’s Day is a special time of year—a time dedicated to love. However, love does not exist only in romantic relationships. It can be found in the connections we build with our partners, family, pets, and the friends and communities we grow alongside.
However there is one type of love that isn't talked about enough, self-love.
Self-love is just as important as any other form, and it allows us to show up more for the people and responsibilities in our lives.
This Valentine’s Day, we encourage you to take a moment to reflect on how far you have come and the many achievements—both big and small—you have reached along the way. Every step forward matters. Loving can be challenging at times, but that doesn't mean you don't deserve it.
