Meet our Radiothon 2026 Honorary Chair… Jane Thompson!

Jane Thompson began volunteering with 99.3 in 2022 and is best known as the host of “The County Grows” program where she interviews experts in agriculture and food.
Jane came to Prince Edward County from Toronto. She and her husband, John, own and operate a century old family farm, which has evolved from dairy to poultry over the years. The two were inducted into the Quinte Agricultural Wall of Fame in 2023.
Many know Jane as a retired teacher and a leader of the Prince Edward 4H Association. She has been a strong advocate for the farming community and a staunch supporter of youth and many non profit organizations in Prince Edward County for four decades.

Live music from Canadian Idol Winner, Ryan Malcolm, Juno winner Justin Rutledge, a special stripped performance from Shatterbox Theatre's Cabaret with Sam Hirst and Stephanie Rose, and local legends like Craig Foster, Lisa Bozikovic, Annelise Noronha, The Frere Brothers, Bill Wood and Chris Bennett, Jennifer Brant, Greg Hinde and Franco Care (of The BW'S), new talent: The Highshore Girls and a special reading from Andrew McLuhan!

Don't miss this night of music and art, as we celebrate County FM in concert.
