I like sharing pieces of writings from our community members. Both, past and present. Gwen was a very wise woman and her teachings should be shared. Commitment to change, to YOURSELF, to SOMEONE ELSE takes time, work, and dedication. Remind yourself why you have committed to such things, REFOCUS, and work hard! Watch and see, changes will happen right in front of your eyes.
