🏅 SUMMER GAMES SHOWDOWN WEEK IS COMING! 🏅

The BC Summer Games are in full swing, and we're bringing that same excitement to the Penticton Safety Village! 🎉

From July 20–24, campers will compete, collaborate, and cheer each other on during our action-packed Summer Games Showdown Week. Inspired by classic field day events, team challenges, and the spirit of the BC Summer Games, this week is all about staying active, building confidence, and having fun together.

🚲 GoByBike Week Family Night is TONIGHT! 🚲

Whether you're a confident cyclist, just learning to ride, or somewhere in between, all riders are welcome at our GoByBike Week Family Night!

Join us at the Safety Village from 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM for a fun evening of riding, learning, and community connection.

✨ FREE drop-in event
🔧 Freedom Bike Shop will be onsite providing bike checks
⛑️ Helmet safety checks available
🎁 Giveaways and prizes throughout the evening
🚴 Ride the Village roadways and build your cycling confidence

This event is designed for riders of all ages and abilities. Bring your bike, scooter, balance bike, or just your enthusiasm for cycling!

🌧️ Due to the rain, tonight’s event has been cancelled. We were looking forward to seeing everyone, but Mother Nature had other plans!

The good news — we’ll be back for Family Night this Sunday from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm! 🚲✨

We are excited to see families coming out on Sunday for the Family Night to celebrate Spring GoByBike Week with Gobybike Week Penticton!

Spring GoByBike Week is almost here! We are pumped up and ready to hit the pavement.

Join us for FOUR great celebration stations this Spring!
Sat May 30th - We will be at the Bike Valet from 10 am until 1 pm at Gyro Park
Sun May 31st - Join us and Freedom Bike Shop at the Safety Village for Family Night from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm
Tues June 2nd - Stop by the station along Green Ave in front of Maggie Secondary and grab a Smoothie from BoosterJuice Penticton and treats from City of Penticton - Municipality
Thur June 4th - Ride down to the opening night of the Penticton Night Market for our wrap up GLOW party! Decorate your bike with reflective fun and enjoy treats from City of Penticton - Municipality
