Kitchen Upgrade Announcement and RCL Branch 422 Temporary Closure

A huge thank you to Winnie’s Roadhouse in Parkhill for their incredible support of Branch 422.

We were both surprised and grateful to learn that Winnie’s has chosen to raise funds for our kitchen renovation project and match donations received through their Chase the Ace event this week.

Community organizations like the Legion do not succeed alone. They succeed because of businesses, volunteers, members, and residents who step forward when help is needed. Winnie’s has done exactly that.

On behalf of our Executive, members, and everyone who benefits from the programs and services offered through the Legion, thank you for your generosity, kindness, and community spirit.

Several people have recently asked about accessibility at Branch 422.

Our branch operates from a historic building that is not fully accessible by modern standards. The building remains operational under its current status and we continue to explore opportunities to improve accessibility where practical and financially feasible.

Anyone with specific accessibility concerns regarding an event or visit is encouraged to contact the branch in advance and we will do our best to assist.
