A big thank-you to Amber and Mac for helping Jayda with some yard cleanup! They were out there getting the job done, one leaf, branch, and piece of yard rubbish at a time.

Nothing like a little fresh air, sunshine, and hard work to make the day more interesting! And, of course, we’re pretty sure there may have been at least a little bit of “supervising” happening too (I see you sitting there, Mac 👀!).

Thanks, Mac and Amber, for pitching in and helping out! You three make a pretty great cleanup crew!

Variety Place Association Inc. was very pleased and honoured to welcome the Honourable Terry Jenson, Minister of Social Services, to our agency on September 10, 2026.

During his visit, Minister Jenson toured our Day Program and had the opportunity to meet and visit with the participants we proudly support.

It was a wonderful visit, and we greatly appreciated the Minister taking the time to learn more about Variety Place, our programs, and the people we serve.

Thank you, Minister Jenson, for visiting Variety Place! We were delighted to have you with us!

🌱 A BIG thank you to our community! 🥕🍅

We want to send a huge thank you to AG Foods, the Community Garden, Monette’s, and all of the local gardeners who have shared their fresh vegetables and other food donations with us over the summer! ❤️

Our participants have enjoyed lots of fresh, homegrown goodness, and we really appreciate everyone who took the time to grow it, pick it, and share it with us.

We are so lucky to have such a generous community supporting Variety Place! 💚

Thank you for sharing your harvest with us! 🥖🍅🥒🍉
