Vision: Empowerment Aid International envisions a world where empowered individuals, households, groups, and communities actively contribute towards a prosperous and peaceful societies.

Mission: Empowerment Aid International empowers vulnerable individuals, households, groups, and communities. We achieve this through direct interventions to reduce poverty, develop human capital, and promote health and wellness. We also collaborate with organizations to ensure aid money fosters empowerment rather than dependency by conducting formative studies, strengthening MEAL systems, performing third-party monitoring, and advocating for the effective use of aid money.

Strategic Directions:

1.Empowering Vulnerable Populations: Directly implement targeted interventions to reduce poverty, develop human capital, and promote health and wellness among vulnerable individuals, households, groups, and communities. This expands people's ability to make strategic life choices in contexts where this ability was previously denied to them.
2.Partnering with Organizations: Collaborate with partner organizations to ensure aid money fosters empowerment. Provide expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems, conduct formative studies, and offer third-party monitoring (TPM) services to empower communities and promote sustainable development.
3.Advocacy for Effective Aid Money Use: Develop and promote the Aid Money Empowerment Scorecard and establish the Aid Money Empowerment Forum to advocate for the effective and efficient use of aid money. Influence policies and practices that prioritize empowerment over dependency, ensuring long-term, positive change in vulnerable communities worldwide.
